It depends on the amount of words you want to translate. For example: for a small amount (1-5 pages) it takes between 1 and 2 working days. For an intermediate amount (5-10 pages), between 2-3 working days. For large orders (more than 20 pages) we need at least one week. It depends on the current workload.

Sometimes we want to have a transcription of everything that is spoken in a video or sound recording, e.g. as evidence in a court case. All you have to do is send us the file, tell us which parts you want us to transcribe and we will deliver a text document with the result. The transcription service is quoted per minute of video/sound recording.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or Bizum (Spain). Other payment methods are available upon request.

To deliver the files you want to translate, it is better to send them scanned, but if you want to pick up the sworn translation in person, we are in Meirás, Sada (A Coruña).

Machine translation can be very useful in certain circumstances, for example, to get us out of a trouble situation when we are abroad. However, if it is something really important to us (whether for personal or business purposes), we should always leave it to a professional translator. Just as we would not let a machine diagnose or do surgery on us when we are sick instead of a health professional, neither should we leave the responsibility of translating the meaning of a text from one language to another to a machine without the supervision of a human.

Translation is more than just an equivalence of words, as it involves the culture in which the text is written, the purpose of the text, who will read the document and many other aspects that a machine is not capable of taking into account.
